Valerie Luckey, OSB, is a third-year Scholastic in the Erie Benedictine community. Prior to entering the community, Valerie was a member of the first cohort of the Alliance for Catholic Education at Saint Joseph's University, where she started teaching fourth grade in Philadelphia, a position she held for five years. After completing the novitiate, she joined the staff of St. Benedict Child Development Center.
